The trick
You've probably seen it around: small blue hashtags just above a video's title. It's really easy. Upload your video and fill in the thumbnail and description as usual. Then, on the first line of your description, write the hashtags you want to show, separated by a space, and hit enter. Finish the rest of your description and publish. At the time, YouTube would automatically take that first line away from the description and show the hashtags above your title. As easy as that.
